The Company also undertakes construction of houses in selected sites for its customers, who  have purchased land from the Company. |----------------- >> Real Estate Brokering Company undertakes sale of land and houses on behalf of customers  for a brokerage commission. |----------------- >> Easy Payment Scheme Customers who buy land from the Company, on payment of  30% of the Value of the land, are eligible to join a unique Easy  Payment Scheme to pay the balance on monthly installments,  upto a maximum period of seven years. |----------------- >> Mobilisation Of Funds  Acceptance of short and medium term investments through the  Project Participation Scheme.
