The Alpex range of Water Extinguishers is offered in Gas Cartridge or Stored Pressure Versions, each with a 9 litre capacity. They are suitable for use against Class “A” fires involving carbonaceous materials such as paper,   wood, textile etc. and have a fire rating of 13A.

Designed and constructed in accordance with BS 5423. Alpex Water Extinguishers have been developed to maximize performance in use.    This is an encapsulated steel body, operating spring built into the Brass Die-cast Head. This together with use of corrosion protective coated steel (inside of the extinguisher body is treated with special Asphalt coating for maximum corrosion protection in order to gain the maximum life
   span of the Cylinder, which no other local manufacturer is doing at present) and other critical components with Brass prevents malfunction or early corrosion.

 Alpex Cartridge Type Version Cartridge is (BS EN3 specification)  exclusively manufactured by FAC in United Kingdom which is DOT, BAM & TUV approved.  This is a rechargeable cartridge with special corrosion protective PVC coating.
