| The Guarantee is Subject To The Following
Conditions |
| 1 |
The guarantee shall not cover ordinary
ware and tare, damages arising during
transit to and from the purchaser, damages caused by water, fire
or power fluctuation
or any other act of goods.
|
| 2 |
The guarantee is valid only within Sri Lanka. And
this certificate (could be collected by
contacting us), must be presented to Alpex when requesting guarantee
/ repairs.
|
| 3 |
The guarantee shall be valid only if the details requested
on the certificate is completed
at the time of purchase and signed by the Managing Partner / Manager
Sales of Alpex
Management Co, on an official rubber stamp of the company.
|
| 4 |
The guarantee shall be valid only if all payments due to Alpex
Management Company,
are settled in full within 14 Days from date of Invoice during the
said guarantee period |
| The Guarantee Becomes Null
and Void If In Our Opinion |
(a) The fire extinguisher
has in any way been abused or misused.
|
(b) Attempts have been made
to have the repairs executed by any person firm or company other
than us.
|
| (c) "Alpex", Label of the
fire extinguisher is removed defaced or altered |
